I've been eating at sailing boat since they opened ,both times before and after the fire.George yu and family have got it going on for Chinese cuisine.everything from the soup to the appetizers to his signature stay sauce.its pure awesomeness.if don't beleave me try the panko shrimp and calimari. Greatness is the only word I can say for redding Chinese food.its worth the trip
