Try the Jake steak or sizzler. Both of those are great for pan frying in butter. The cookies are delicious. I love the beef liver, it's so tender I just use a fork.

Great place to get some meats.
Went in on a half cow and this is the worst tasting beef I’ve ever eaten as close to spoiled I’m worried we are going to get sick. For the price they charge I could have purchased top quality steaks from another vendor. I’m throwing the entire $1000 of meat in the garbage. What a scam.
