We love this store! My family and I have been customers of Sail & Ski for years and their customer service and attention to detail is unmatched by anyone else in Austin. We have bought 3 Sea Ray boats from them over the years and their salesman are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and not pushy like most of the salesman you come across in the industry. Just a great store! Sail & Ski is the BEST store! No matter how often I go in there, the people are always so helpful. They have great stuff. I can always count on my kids liking what I buy whether it's a great pair of sunglasses or a new snowboard. I would reccommend this store to anyone who is going on a snow vacation!
Sail and Ski Everyone who works here are soo helpful and friendly. I was able to find everything here for my first ski trip - and the employees were always available to answer any question I had. They were even generous enough to take back a pair a ski gloves that I had already ripped the tags off of.
great shop for your waterskiing needs My family just loves the Sail & Ski Center. We took our kids there to get fitted for their waterskiing equipment, but before we actually purchased it, we took part of their try before you buy program. What a great customer service tool! They were great with us and made sure the kids were comfortable and happy after using the equipment out for a while. We highly recommend them.
Not worth the time.. Bad experience with warranty service on Correct Craft. Seemed thay did not want to help resolve issue. They stalled and made me become proactive , working with manufacturor and warranty staff, to get the problem solved. Took boat to another dealer in another town. The other dealer was more responsive and worked immediately to resolve the issues and get me back out on the water. Doesn't seem fair to even give them one star as my entire time with them was a waste.
Great service I bought a lot of snowboarding equipment here last year and I was very satisfied with the customer service. I had to go in at a late hour becuase of work but they did not rush me out even though I was in there about a half hour after they closed. Nice selection.
