Ed Barney is the most unethical attorney I've ever dealt with and John Beardsley has zero fight and knowledge about law. Nearly every single thing Mr. Beardsley advised me of was incorrect due to incompetence and lack of knowledge for the law. 3k later I have since moved on to another attorney. He has still not turned over all the communications I requested. I am ashamed to have hire this firm! Terrible attorneys!
Had a consultation with Beardsley, offered an insane out of the market price for a simple case. Two weeks later received a consultation fee that was never mentioned during the whole consultation process. No services were rendered. Bad for business!
I attempted to obtain this law office to handle an eviction case on June 6th - the original individual who was assisting me couldn’t not follow up due to family emergencies - the secretary and the billing specialist are rude; they like to scream on the phone, hang up during calls, gives you no room to talk and then they ignore the calls going into the office - I requested the call is escalated to a manager and the billing specialist then identifies herself as a manager.
