I’ve had Dr Saiki as my vet since 2020. She’s treated 4 of my cats, including 2 older ones, through all sorts of issues, including allergies and stage 3 kidney disease. Not only is it convenient to have your vet come to you, it’s so nice to be with your pet the entire time (with masks as needed during COVID). I appreciate how Dr Saiki is straightforward and very communicative. She responds to my emails extremely quickly and helped me with at home euthanasia for my older cat with very short notice. This woman should not be working with animals or people, she lacks compassion, empathy, and I highly regret contacting her for my cat's euthanasia.
Only use Dr Saiki as a last resort. She was responsive and had the soonest availability to put my dog to sleep in the comfort of our own home, otherwise my beloved dog would have to suffer for another day. That's all I can say anything else positive about her. As another review said, she lacked empathy and sincerity, which I belive is mandatory in a job like this.
