We loved everything about Saigon Surface and will definitely be going back! The tablets have fun games that can keep kids occupied which is super nice! The food was great, we had fast and friendly service, and the happy hour specials are good!
Loved the food. Loved the restaurant set up. Didn’t love the service. Three servers were sitting around at a table talking loudly and playing with each other’s hair. In the hour we spent there, our server checked on us once. We were done eating and waited for the server to come back so we could get the check. It took us about 10 minutes to flag someone down and it wasn’t our server. They all had wandered off and weren’t paying attention at all. I assume because they close between 3 and 5 and they were ready to leave.
Food is amazing and cooked fresh!
Partner with a better delivery service. It's an extension of your business. To simply say it's not your problem when a delivery driver spills our order....we end up with no food and out the $$$'s, is unacceptable. We get a take out at least once a week. Act like you appreciate it.
Everytime I eat here I am continually impressed. The food is amazing and the place has great atmosphere.
