My sister and I are from outside of town... we get pedis all the time and this is the worst place/experience we've ever had. Rude techs....find another place besides here.
I went to get my nails done today and had an appointment scheduled for 4 PM. I arrived on time and did not get taken for my appointment until 4:20 which off the bat was frustrating since I had made an appointment. I had been to Saigon nails once before a few weeks ago and had a positive experience. After today, I have no desire to return. The nail tech who did my nails was doing someone else’s nails right before me and had me move to her station right after they were done without cleaning the surface or tools at all. I was able to get in very quickly in the morning being from NORTHERN MAINE. Sarah was wonderful and did an amazing job with my manicure. She spent great attention to my cuticles and under nails. I will come back here again in the future when I’m in the area. Thank you, Sarah.
