Walked in to get a fill and I was met with very rude service. Nails are terrible. Fingers got cut up and acrylic all under my nails. My nails aren’t even painted all the way.
Poor communication, lack of understanding. I literally showed the guy my inspiration picture and he told me he can do it. I realize that the flower does not match with the photo I have and I instantly tell him to stop what he’s doing and bring someone who knows what to do. He says that she’s too busy and I told him I’ll just pay half $65.
When you make an appointment for 11 and "walk in" comes in after you and they take them over someone that made an appointment.. The women says 10 mins and points to a chair to sit. Been over 30 mins now as im waiting.
Everyone seems angry. Nails look nice, decent price, but my cuticles are bleeding and staff got annoyed when I told them what I wanted or asked them to change anything. Terrible attitudes :(
