When you make an appointment for 11 and "walk in" comes in after you and they take them over someone that made an appointment.. The women says 10 mins and points to a chair to sit. Been over 30 mins now as im waiting.
Everyone seems angry. Nails look nice, decent price, but my cuticles are bleeding and staff got annoyed when I told them what I wanted or asked them to change anything. Terrible attitudes :(
I asked my nails to stay square( shape), the guy that was doing my nails completely change my toe nail shape and cut them down when I didn’t ask too. I spoke up so many times he just didn’t care at all. Also let’s not mention my toes look like a five year old painted them. This gel by the way smh🤦♀️
My very first every pedicure and I'm 57! Always loved painting my toenails but my best friend offered to take me and her to get it done. Had a 5pm appt but got in earlier. The guy that did my feet did an excellent job! Nothing hurt at all and I don't like my feet touched for fear of cuticles bleeding or cutting the nail too short. I was very relaxed through the whole thing. Very impressed! Will go again!
