My very first every pedicure and I'm 57! Always loved painting my toenails but my best friend offered to take me and her to get it done. Had a 5pm appt but got in earlier. The guy that did my feet did an excellent job! Nothing hurt at all and I don't like my feet touched for fear of cuticles bleeding or cutting the nail too short. I was very relaxed through the whole thing. Very impressed! Will go again!
Today 5/1/26 I visited Saigon nails . I frequent this place and always try and have the same girl do my nails. Today she was very busy and I was in a rush! Sio I decided id let someone else here do my nails...big big mistake! She was rude, rough; and acted as if she was very hurried and I was an inconvenience. I was very saddened .. lesson learned!!
I want to know why a nail tech's first choice to fix poor quality, French nail work by filing the nail to the point of drawing blood and re-shaping to the nail Instead of removing the polish applied and redoing the job. this is the second time I won't be back. I requested simple butterfly Nail art and was given decals which lifted within 20 minutes.
Booked two 5:30 appts for my gf and I to get our nails done together. We showed up on time. The place was packed when we got there and they made us wait for an hour to get a spot even though we had appts booked. Still cant figure out why they take appt if theyre going to make you wait for walk ins to be taken. I asked for my nails to be shaped differently, but left as close to the same length as they were, and picked colors to have St. Patrick's day colors done in a 2-tone ombre with gold glitter overlay. first of all terrible design, very messy. second, a total of 8 acrylic nails fell off and i haven’t even had them on for a week. i paid $60 for these and i will definitely never be going there again and i don’t recommend it to anyone.
