Great Vietnamese, Good Delivery Joint – I used to work on Columbus Ave and ordered from here almost weekly. They're quick and it's an affordable and tasty meal. Pretty authentic Vietnamese food. Can't say anything about the restaurant as I've never actually been inside!

great asian food for busy evening – We went there with friends, it was noisy but we could talk OK, really loved food but even more impressed with their low prices

Great delivery – I've never actually seen the place, just ordered form the delivery menu left in my building's lobby. The vegetarian entrees are delicious, though it should be noted that their "bean curd" is actually some kind og fake meat. Still, yummmmy. My boyfriend really likes the hot soup with the shrimp in it.

Noticable deterioration over the last year. – I used to like this place for its reasonable prices combined with decent tasting food. Now this has changed. The food is totally without flavor and no quantity of soy or other sauce one splashes on after the facts changes the result. I will skip this place until there is a change in the wind.

YUMMY – I love this restaurant. The food is great. I always go there once a week & the times I missed is only when I'm away on vacation. I recommend the seafood hot & sour soup, chicken pan friend noodles, grilled steak cubes (Bulacloc), Seafood Bouillabaise, Fried Vegetable Spring Roll (#2), Sweet & Sour Fish, Fried Calamari, Ribs, Stringbeans. Its always packed so you have to wait for a table..Other than the wait, everything else is great.

what exactly do you want for $20? – I don't understand some of the reviewers on here. If you want a high quality dining experience go somewhere where the prices reflect as such! I just paid $42 dollars for a meal for two, including tip, which covered: two appetizers, two enormous entrees, one bowl of soup, complementary tea, one alcoholic beverage and one non-alcoholic beverage. Neither of us could finish the amount of food presented to us. We had about a ten minute wait but the service once seated is efficient and friendly ... read more

Great food, terrible service – My roommate and I had been loyal Saigon customers since our move to NYC in 2005. While we think the food is great, the delivery service is terrible. I don't mean the wait, the delivery person always gets to our apartment in less than 30 minutes, HOWEVER if you dare to tip him less than $5 for delivery he will not give you your change, will question if your asking price is correct, and will mumble what are no doubt swear words under his breath. This happened to us not once, not twice, but three ... read more

From Vietnamese to Asian Fusion – It used to be awesome, but then again, it used to be more Vietnamese. Now the place serves everything from sushi to phad thai and it doesn't stop there. The prices have gone up a slight notch, attracting a whole new crowd of folks who don't seem to know much about Vietnamese fare. Sadly, neither do many of the Chinese waiters who work here :(

Wonderful vietnamese food for cheap! I love going to this large Vietnamese place because you get seated immediately even on weekends, and the service is quick and efficient. The food is great (try the spring rolls and sushi!) and there is something for everyone on the large menu. Good for large groups too - they have big tables or separate rooms. PROS: Large restaurant, quick service and great food, great prices CONS: sometimes loud
