I actually used to like Saigon Cafe. I just went there today and OMG the food is terrible. It was so bad that I will never recommend them to anyone anymore. Food literally comes out in less than 3 minutes. Seems like they just reheat stuff. The Tom Kha is so bland, over coconutty without any flavor. The panang curry was the worst Thai food I've ever had.... The only decent thing was the Chicken satay. pick up your game Saigon Cafe. if I ever give you a shot again, I truly hope it will be worth my money.
They have the best Pho! the service is good and efficient.
