Love Saigon and eat there on a regular basis. Sesame chicken is amazing!
I think the food is excellent. While I have had good service when I'm there, I can see where people may interpret the owner as being rude. If you were more familiar with the Vietnamese culture, you might feel differently. My best friend's mom is from Vietnam and her personality is very similar. I was scared of her for 10 years but now I understand that it's just their way. I have always had great service and excellent food and great customer service.
Great food...great service!! Love going here & its in walking distance from home..
Service was horrible!! We waited a half hour and didn't even get menus. Every time I come here I'm reminded of how terrible the service is. The owner is rude to customers I will no be eating here again!!
