Everything is always so fresh, and well prepared, beautiful presentation! Split a large appetizer platter as an entree. Crab and asparagus soup too! Washed dow with icy cold Saigon beers! Ed, our server, was a delight!
I ordered a combo rice plate. It was good! However, the boba was not cooked in my boba drink. Pretty nasty, actually!
Haven’t been here for years. Went last week. Nice upgrades on decor. Very warm and inviting. Wait staff more friendly and professional. Increased details on food presentation and nice use of colorful herbs 🌿 to embellish plates. I love Saigon Bowl and I drive the extra distance to get to the restaurant there's a lot of restaurants that serve the same food but there's is the best because it's stop the best flavor and I love their spring rolls and they treat everybody wonderfully I love that place I've been going there for years!
I have been going to Saigon Bowl for years. Today I pulled up the online menu and ordered a different dish than usual. When I paid the amount was higher than the price online. When I asked about it, the first response was that it must be an old pricing. I explained that it was what is currently online and showed it on my phone. I suggested that if prices have changed, they should correct what is online. There was never an apology, but more focus on proving me the customer wrong. Beautiful restaurant, very homely and welcoming. They changed the place up and it looks wonderful. The food never disappoints, friends and I love going here. The workers are so enthusiastic and nice, their service is great. Seeing the restaurant grow over the years is an amazing thing, and I will be continuing to go back for sure.
