Typical Vietnamese with a nice atmosphere. I visited Saigon Block for the first time last week. I had the traditional Pho with round steak. I thought the food tasted about like other Vietnamese soups I've had in the past, but the restaurant seemed cleaner. The atmosphere is trendy for Richardson. The prices were reasonable ($6.50 for my Pho). the menu is online. The service was exceptional. I'd say this is a very nice addition to Richardson.

Restaurant very sanitary cleaning seats down before we set down.. Price was very good for the amount of food you got! First visit very impressive and will give high recommendation.. Waiter friendly answered questions properly.. Great job! Will be back!

It was our 1st time to eat here as recommended by my sis in law. It was after 7pm on a Sun. & there was quite a bit of people in line. The wait was 15-20 min. So while waiting my sis in law placed our order. As soon as we were sitted our order was served. The crawfish fried rice was magnificent. The whole baked fish was good, the veges are very fresh & the sauce was perfect. For dessert we had the red beans, etc. with coconut milk & was good as well.
