I have been eating at this restaurant since I was 15 years old. The food and service have always been excellent. Whether it’s cold or hot outside, there is something on the menu other than pho to make your tummy happy. I highly recommend the seafood noodle soup, chicken curry, beef salad, or the chicken and vegetables over crispy noodles if you want to try something different.

I absolutely love Saigon Bistro. I’ve loved it since the 8th grade when it was still Saigon Deli. Mr. David and the rest of the staff are always so kind. I recommend A1 (fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce) and B5 (grilled pork & egg rolls vermicelli). Always fresh and delicious!
Whenever I come to Montgomery (usually for work), I plan my entire day around my meal at this place...and that should tell you all that you need to know about Saigon Bistro and I've had meals all over the world.
I LOVE Saigon Bistro! The food is consistently delicous. The people there are always smiling and friendly. I go there all of the time, and have NEVER had a bad experience.
The food is good but not enough to deal with horrible customer service and disrespect. I wish there was a lower rating I can give them.

Awesome food served by the nicest people. Very helpful in learning about the cuisine. The Pho is the best in town. They've been great to our military families as well. Thanks Saigon Bistro!!
