Called to discuss scheduling appointments for my daughters. I have twins with a lot of hair. They want a certain style. However just like the rest of the salons in Florence OR they don’t answer or call back. I want to speak with someone and make sure they are capable of doing the cut requested. It’s easier to go to Eugene than to get someone on the phone at the salon.
I chopped my hair to donate it. Came here to have it cleaned up. Excellent service! Will definitely be back.

Saige is amazing!! She did an absolutely awesome job with a cut and weave on my hair. It had been so long since my hair was done last. Such a treat to be pampered! Thank you! Sorry for such a late review 😁
