I came to Saiga Eatery for Vietnamese food, but the menu pleasantly surprised me with so many unique and exciting options! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. I’m already looking forward to coming back there are so many more dishes on my list to try next time!
The pho at Saiga is something special. The broth has that deep, comforting flavor that immediately reminds me of Vietnamese home cooking. I could honestly enjoy a bowl of this any day.
