He was really very nice to talk to. Explained everything clearly and in detail. Ordered the necessary tests and went through the results with me. Very patient
Beware if you have a loved one who has dementia, there is no compassion or consideration for what the caregiver has to go through to get the patient to their appointment. After having to reschedule my mother’s appointment at least 3 times because of the unpredictable moods she experiences because of her dementia, we finally get my 85 year old mother in for her appointment, we were 2 minutes pass the grace period and were told after 20 minutes that we can’t be seen because the doctor was backed up and if they took her it woul... read more
