The worst insurance company in the whole world. I was in the emergency room for a few days due to my back injury and I had to have an IME check-up. I had to deal with an American with a terrible character. If they don't help you in Cascade Health, even less so. He got angry because the questions weren't specific and determined that my claim was not acceptable. After spending a few days or a week in the emergency room, what a bummer. Sent me to their dr who denied claim, based on a 20min conversation. Spent more time looking at his watch and was in a rush. “Integrity”, knew the name was an ironic joke when I seen it. Expect nothing less if you read up about this company.
BOOOOO!!! SAIF does NOT care about people. they DROPPED my husband from a concussion & seizure WITHOUT A NEUROLOGIST seeing him!!! NOBODY has looked at his head. They are horrible people. They are WRONG and unjust. This is absolutely insane.
If I could give negative 10 stars I would. They will say your work injury is not work related.
