I'm sooooo glad to have found you AGAIN!! I'm never going to another eye doctor. We are locked in til I'm old and gray. Thank you so much for restoring my sight with such precision and care. Very very bad customer care. Clinical staffs do not want to listen. Patient knows that they are in network as confirmed with the eye benefit department. The clinical staff is saying that I am not in network. Patient is ready to give insurance’s phone number to confirm with them they are in network. They are not willing to take the phone number to confirm it. Not good place to go there if they don’t have a good customer care .
