Dr. Saidon and his staff has been great with me on both my visits. He’s a brilliant doctor who cares for his patients and the staff is very warm and welcoming and even billing was exactly what I was told, no future bills or anything.
I was referred to Dr Saidon to assess a dental issue which unfortunately could not be corrected through a root canal. I was incredibly anxious and upset when he delivered this news. But, he and his staff were incredibly compassionate. I truly appreciate how they handled my visit.
Dr. Saidon did a good job but his staff was very rude, told me one price and it was way more, when I asked for an explanation the person in charge of billing did not explain the charges to me, told me that I did not know how to count and hung up the phone on me. Very bad customer service, I would not recommend.
Jacob was able to get me in right away! I had 4 root canals in the past, and I have never had good experiences with them. This was completely different. He was gentle and even gave me a pillow and blanket to ease my anxiety. The staff was nice too. I would definitely recommend them!!
Just got home from step 1 of my two step root canal and I’m beyond impressed with Dr. Saidon and his staff. I’ve had really bad experiences with dental work in the past and was terrified but I Was quickly relaxed. I snuggled up in the blanket and honest to god almost fell asleep during the procedure. No dentist has ever gotten me fully numb before until today. I felt NOTHING and his injection technique is 🤌🏼 Perfection. Can’t recommend them enough.
