First off this company does not hold a General Contractors License in North Carolina. We had contracted him for commercial work in Sanford NC more than 3 years ago. We had obtained a loan from the back as the total project cost was more than $200,000. He did not do any work as indicated in the contract and I had to file a lawsuit against him in Lee County.
