Dr. Bhatia was very friendly, thoroughly updated on my medical history and knew exactly what the next step I needed for a diagnosis. She listened to my concerns and was very attentive and concerned. I was worried about a possible heart condition and she helped me with my anxiety as well as ordering an additional CT test. I am in good hands
Uninterested in taking questions, had a bad attitude, interrupted me and my relative during questions, blew us off when we had given a question, no diagnosis, no answers, seem like they had more important places to be, left completely in the dark with the medicine she prescribed on exactly why they're prescribing it or what the medicine does. You spent as little time with me as possible in the office, you talked very fast, was very quick and did not explain why you changed my medications, the new medications lowered my blood pressure so much, 95/45, I had to go to ER for treatment, I have changed cardiologists and will not return to your office.
I left your office a short time ago and I was reading the notes from my visit. From the time you first stepped into my patient room, you seemed annoyed and dismissive toward me and acted like I was wasting your precious time. I saw in your past visit notes that you wrote I "insist" to see a Cardiologist and that I came to you EVEN THOUGH MY PRIMARY DOCTOR SAID THE RESULTS WERE NORMAL.
