If I could give zero stars, I would. The discrimination we experienced was heartbreaking. There was absolutely no compassion or empathy shown, especially toward a special needs child (Adult). If you have or are considering bringing a special needs child here, please think carefully before doing so. It is truly sad to see a doctor show such lack of understanding and care. Dr. Osman is amazing. She listens to all your issues and actually takes what you say into consideration to find a solution. I have always felt heard and seen during my appointments. Her staff is also very caring and thorough during exams. I moved to Arlington, and I saw a different provider and immediately switched back to Dr. Osman. I will gladly make the hour-and-a-half drive to see her.
She’s genuinely the best doctor I’ve ever received care from. She takes her time, she listens, understands you and is very compassionate. I’ve had a few times I forgot to ask her a question and sent it via the message portal and she replies so fast. The best choice I made was switching my care to her. I’d recommend her to anyone!
