On Thursday night I had a tooth that fractured. Friday I called and they were able to get me in and worked with me despite my insurance being messed up. I saw dr Echols Friday and he was phenomenal. Today I had a follow up with Dr Hall who was just so so kind and understanding. She referred me to a specialist for an extraction due to me being pregnant. Absolutely love this place! They are all amazing!! They even help when i have to bring my kiddos with and treat my kids so good couldn't ask for a better dentist!! I thought there was no hope for my teeth and was scared I was gonna be judged for how they look. They didnt judge me not once and is taking good care of me!! ☺️ thank you for helping me and for helping with my kids when I have no choice to bring them with i appreciate you all so much!!
. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after everything that has happened, I feel people deserve to know my experience. Over the last year, I experienced repeated scheduling issues with this office. Multiple appointments were rescheduled because the dentist was reportedly “not prepared,” including one appointment where I was told necessary tools had been forgotten. The doctors are amazing here and actually care. With my medical history trust me I've dealt with and deal with multiple physicians. The care team here are honestly the best I have dealt with. Thank you Saia Smile Center!!
