f you want your package missing for weeks, be given incorrect information and/or no response from customer service, and not forthcoming than this is the company for you. Mistakes happen. I am totally forgiving of that. I am not forgiving of liars or companies that aren't forthcoming. Be careful, no matter what you are told on the phone, these companies will hide behind their tariffs.
