Sorry to have to write this, but I think the level of care has seriously gone down hill since Dr. McCandless left. I just had an annual "physical". A 3 year old with a doctor's kit could have done just as well. That may sound harsh, but that's my experience. Please don't bother with the stock response. That is another example of what I am talking about.

This dr office does not care a bit about their patients and have made getting medical help next to impossible. Poor people skills, drs keep leaving, and they do not call or anything to let you know and to get you scheduled with a new dr. I would give this office 0 stars if I could. Thanks for absolutely nothing

I scheduled an appointment for my Welcome to Medicare visit through the online patient portal. I stated I was a new patient and that the reason for the visit was the Welcome to Medicare visit. The system allowed me to do all this and confirmed the appointment. When I arrived I was told that the system should not have allowed me to do this and was told that I would have to reschedule, but the earlest appointment would not be until late next year. Runs her practice like an assembly line. Not very reactive to her patients needs. Quantity not quality is what you’ll find here. Drive 40+ miles and find a better PCP, you won’t be sorry.
