I am a very picky person, and didn't really like my food. But my husband really liked his. What I wasn't happy about was our server was extremely rude. We were the first ones to walk in the door and the first ones to order. And got out food last out of 9 tables. Don't know if I will be coming back here after that.

Good food, bad service. Very long wait for food and the check. My girlfriend and I had to change our movie plans last minute and were unable to meet up with our friends for the movie because it took so long.

However, we'll review with our staff and make necessary changes to avoid such delays in the future. Also in the future when you have such time constraints please alert the wait staff, so we'll try and accommodate.
The food was absolutely breathtaking!! We ordered the Chana Saag and the Shahi Paneer - both were excellent, as were the samosas. Very friendly, very nice atmosphere - the owners were incredibly nice and we were very happy with our experience. My boyfriend used to eat here under the old management - he says the food is much better under the new management - they have done an excellent job!
Excellent food, excellent service, and awesome space. It's extremely tough to find decent culture-foods in the Fox Valley, but Sai Ram has exclusively become my destination for Indian cuisine. Customer-for-life.
Ate there Oct. 24. The food was delicious, the owner was charming and eager to please. One of the best Indian meals I've eaten. All 3 of use are Vegetarians and all of us loved it.
