I used SAI for the 2nd time for 2023 tax season. The lady Ajay paired me with told me the amount of my state tax and ask when I would like to pay I told her immediately she turned to her computer and told me it was paid. I later found out she did NOT pay my state taxes instead the money went st SAI causing my general contractors license to be suspended in April i had no idea until the fall and I had to write another check to send the state.
