I had a very bad experience at this bridal store the staff was rude and unhelpful and they ignored my questions very disappointed service they tell prices by seeing faces very high prices .

The customer service sucks!! Completely ignored by the crazy person helper in the store. Something is wrong with her. Attitude needs to change. Didn’t even offer to help us. She is short and clear skin. Just weird. Never going there again. Spreading the word.

A huge thank you to the owners, Deepti and Anuj, for going above and beyond in helping us with our wedding outfits. We drove nearly 2 hours from Connecticut to Sai Bridal, and it was absolutely worth the trip. From start to finish, they were incredibly patient and kind, guiding us through the entire process without ever making us feel rushed. Everyone here is so helpful and kind. Very attentive and took their time helping me find things for me and my family. It was a 2 hour drive and very much worth it. Highly recommend and will 100% be coming back soon.. (revised review) added a picture from my wedding day where me and my husband both got our outfits from Sai Bridal !
