Dr is no exception. Just like anyone other Doctor. People up front are very rude and has no customer service manner. It take him about a couple of days to respond back. Going to find a new Doctor. Very hard to get hold of and not very responsive.
The doctor was very nice and explained everything so I could understand it.
Very patient and thorough! He asked all the right questions and put me to ease about how treatments would go. Explained everything so I understood and am on the same page. Look forward to getting my health under control.
I love Dr. Sai Bhuvanagiri. His office personnel and his nurse is wonderful. When I walk in to the time I leave I am treated with kindness and care. Dr. Sai is fantastic, he is very kind and knowledgeable. It is great to not walk out of the office wondering what I am supposed to do. Thank you for being the best endocrinology office.
