I ordered a few windows and a slider door from SAHR. Once the windows and door were in, installation was quick and they were installed very well. They were flexible, friendly, and simply great to work with at every step of the process. I am planning to do business with them again and would highly recommend them.
Got six quotes and Sahr was the clear cut winner. Reasonable pricing and they offered Marvin Elevate windows, which was a plus. Matt was the most knowledgeable out of all the fast-talking salespeople that stopped by to size up the job. Got two Marvin Elevate casement windows, lead time was exactly as stated. Finished to match existing trim. Couldn't be happier with the result - install was quick and professional. Would hire them again for future jobs.
Disorganized and poor communication. We ordered doors and 8 months later they installed the wrong door. We were assured that the new door was rush ordered. After several promised dates came and went they reached out 8 months later to tell us our correct door was in and they were ready to install. Meanwhile we were left with an unfinished untrimmed slider door opening the wrong way for 8 months. This whole thing was a 16 month ordeal for a basic standard slider door. Go with a different company.
