Good care, good support staff... but sometimes things are repeated unnecessarily... like labs...holters ... and this office has a sign, to reduce wait time don't come in earlier than 15 min... wth? no shit? patients come early because THEY WANT TO OR NEED TO. Arriving early doesn't affect anyone's wait time but their own. Doesn't slow anything down... check in is always slow regardless of a full or empty waiting room.
