Vanessa is truly a master of her art. She was incredibly attentive and made sure to ask all the imperative questions up front in order to achieve the desired results I was looking for, while being honest on what could be achieved to maintain my hair health. Right away I felt comfortable in trusting her judgement with both my highlighting and cut and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
