A decade ago these guys did a siding job for my rear neighbor that unfortunately took forever. The only reason I cared is because we had a small chain link fence separating our yards & my Wife had to watch the Sahlem's guys relieve themselves next to my neighbor's shed every day for like a week using only a short piece of blue Styrofoam insulation as their "cover". We had gutters, soffits and fascia all replaced. All the new fascia and existing exposed wood were wrapped in color matching aluminum. The crew did a wonderful job and came back to make two minor adjustments to downspouts from one roof elevation to another. The cost was very reasonable and a pleasant surprise nowadays. Highly recommended !
I hired Sahlem's Roofing to tear off and install a new roof on my home. A concern I had was that my home is situated on a heavily treed lot with limited access to the home. Not only did Rick and his crew install a great new roofing system, they were careful to not damage any of the trees on my property. Could not ask for more. The next morning Eric and his crew came and installed the gutters with the same results. I will have them back for a couple of other projects. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Thank You

I first used Sahlems back in 2010 for new soffits and gutters. That job was very smooth and the price was the most reasonable. May 2025, the 24 year old roof needed replacing. Sahlems was the most reasonable of all estimates for the complete tear off, roof and new gutters (the current gutters were ok but have to come off to do the "gap wrap" and cannot be reused).
