Dr. SHROFF saved my life and was very personable. It was such a good experience considering the situation I was in. He was always optimistic and inspired my upmost confidence. I truly believe it was divine intervention that brought me to him.
Dr. Shroff is the only surgeon my family trusts after what happened to our dad. A simple 3 hour surgery to remove a gallbladder turned into 12 hour ordeal that left dad in a world of hurt for over 3 months. Dr. Shroff repaired the damage and made him feel better. Thank you
Stay far away. Performs more invasive procedures than necessary without disclosing risk. Does not follow up or call. Father in law had post op complications - called repeatedly. Never a return call or follow up from this doctor. Go elsewhere. Apparently does not care about his patients, just his paycheck. First time I have ever left a negative review but this one deserves it. Still angry almost a year later. Completely ruined quality of life for a cancer patient who was otherwise doing fine by performing unnecessary surgery.... read more
We love Dr. Shroff. He was very kind, friendly, and professional. He explained things clearly and very thoroughly about his advice, easy to understand. We never felt rushed when we're in the office. He answered our questions willingly. We feel very comfortable with his care. Highly recommend!
My husband went in for a colostomy which went fine. However, he came home with a catheter because it was nicked during surgery. The follow-up is poor. On Thurs, the PA came by during which time my husband was in the restroom. She said she woukdcome back, she never did. We came home yesterday with the assurance that we would be called today. We'll see.
