I have been here a few times and had a few different ladies. I get full face done, first time I was squirming in pain, but I don't handle pain well. Each time has gotten easier and only takes 10-15 minutes.
I properly called and took appointment and went for "wax". I have waited for 20 mins and this is not the first time. They only care for eyebrows. Then what is the use of taking appointment. I strongly recommend to not to go to Saheli. Worst experience ever.

I was a regular customer, a couple of months ago I set up an eyebrow appointment with a specific person. This associate did not want to help me although she always had done my eyebrows in the past, instead this associate had another lady from the back do my eyebrows without speaking to me although I told her it was not okay and that I did not want this random lady to do my eyebrows, they pressured me multiple times saying it was fine.
