The girls at the front desk are unbelievably rude! I’ve been kept on hold for 15 minutes only to get an attitude from the girl when she finally picked up. I like the doctor but not enough to put up with the rude staff. Unacceptable! Time for a new primary…
My friend called on Thursday of last week and never received a call back for a tele health appt . Fast forward to Monday, they call again and ask to see the doctor. Not allowed to go to your pcp when your sick anymore ? No tele health appt bc they've been sick for "too long" . Go to urgent care they said. Urgent care will charge you $175 just for the visit. What kind of doctors office is this? You should all be fired and the MD should be stripped of his license . People pay for insurance to be able to go to the doctors but a... read more
