pool supplies/ outdoor furniture I have been buying my pool supplies at Sahara for years! The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. I have also purchased some Addirondak chairs there that I loved!
10 years of great service! I have been dealing with Sahara Pools for close to 10 years now and they have been BEYOND helpful to me, especially in the start-up process. Any product you need, they have it and they give great advice! Definitely would recommend!
Replacement Liner Very nice company to work with. Service was great. We had Sahara Pools install a new liner for us and could not be happier. Pool looks brand new!! Thanks to Paul and staff.
Ms. The owner accused me of writing a bad review (under the name of Liz R.) of her company and did not want to work with my husband to get our pool cleaned - no big deal - there are plenty of companies that treat their customers with respect and work as professionals. I agree 100% with Liz R. (I'm Beth R.). This owner does not know how to deal with people and I do not like the fact that they charge/debit your credit card without giving you an invoice or notice of the transaction. Female owner not friendly and very unprofessional I think the staff is very nice but the female owner is very unprofessional and not polite. I was escorted to her by a staff member who couldn't help me directly and the owner never even glanced in my direction nor did she address me. Awful service and extremely over priced. I have tried them a few times and that was my LAST.
Ryan very knowledgeable Went in for the free water test. Ryan did my test and I was surprised by how knowledgeable he was. I've owned a pool for years but he was able to teach me a bunch of stuff I didn't know about my pool chemistry. He was also able to get the part I needed by me just describing it. The part was a little expensive for a piece of plastic, but was worth it for getting the exact part I needed without any effort on my part. Will be going back.
