You made sure you got on the problem right away so that we could get back on the road quickly. Your service is amazing and today, Monday, we received a call from your business to check on us and to see if we made it home alright. You have restored our faith in good business practices. I need two tires ordered and installed. They told me the tires were in stock, but they took 10 days to get to the shop. THEN, they put both tires on backwards. After showing them their stupidity they then took all day to fix the error as I sat outside waiting. INCOMPETENCE at the highest level.
You find yourself broke down in white pine county? Don't bother trying to work with anyone but Carl and his team. Worked with my insurance kept me updated and got me on the road home to WA state. Remember to have patience the town is remote. Getting parts takes time. So thankful for them.
Can't get anyone in parts or service to answer phone to ask about getting some work done, dam sure not going to take my vehicle there called 3 times in over 3 hrs no answer
