I called multiple times a day, every day, for almost two weeks trying to contact Sales, to purchase a vehicle. THe young lady at the front desk told me each time, they "Stepped out." Only to go online and find out they spent their ENTIRE day making TikToks instead of doing their jobs.
I had a small catastrophe that stopped our trip home and stranded us in Ely. I called Thursday evening and was told the service department was completely booked Friday. I needed to get home to Idaho. They looked at my jeep Friday morning not making any promises and I was back on the road by noon! Fabulous service. Nice people. I’m grateful!
Needed quick fix on motorcycle and they accommodated nicely
These guys are amazing! I was just passing through on the way to California and my regulator suddenly broke. My window was totally stuck inside my door. These guys managed to ingeniously pry the window out of the door and tape it securely so that I could continue on my journey safely and get a full repair later. Thanks so much! These guys saved me!
Carl was amazing with helping us after being stuck with a blown radiator then leaking water pump. Thank you Carl
