Had a situation where my truck broke down and it would be 2-3 weeks to repair. They picked me up at my hotel, and 2 hours later Kristi had me in a vehicle and I was back on the road. Everyone involved was just super. It turns out that they sold me an unsafe vehicle. The front left tire had a bulge the size of a tennis ball. The oil plug was stripped. The start/stop system had to be disabled for me to use it on a daily basis. I certainly wouldn't buy another vehicle from them.

You made sure you got on the problem right away so that we could get back on the road quickly. I need two tires ordered and installed. They told me the tires were in stock, but they took 10 days to get to the shop. THEN, they put both tires on backwards. After showing them their stupidity they then took all day to fix the error as I sat outside waiting. INCOMPETENCE at the highest level.
