It's well kept, the people are nice owner is nice, very nice manufactured homes, we have an awesome maintenance man well maintained lots. Very quite

I'm litterally so happy to own my first home here

Fix your potholes! I don’t think patching them is working considering this has been going on for almost a year!
Nice feel home place to live lots of trees lived over here for a year very quiet at night does have a lot of cats running around but keep all the animals away and rat's and rodents away close to the grocery store Walmart
Poorly maintained facilities, which the above average lot rent is supposed to be funding. Poor snow removal, low water pressure, aging and out-of-complance sewage treatment plant in the MIDDLE of the trailer park... You decide.
