Recently visited this business and was impressed with the staff’s professionalism and the overall service. However, I did notice a persistent and unpleasant odor that resembled to cat urine in the office area. It was hard to ignore and made the experience, very, uncomfortable. I would encourage management to address this issue promptly, as maintaining a clean and overall WELCOMING environment is essential in building trust with potential customers.
