I love my weekly meditation on Wednesday evenings. I am really thankful to Mario for leading an incredible sessions.
I have been attending Sahaja Yoga meditation for sometime now and I can say it has been a "blissful experience". The beauty about it is that no matter what faith you follow, it will make your belief in Divine more stronger. It is a journey to be experienced if you are a true seeker. Also, there is no fees to attend or experience the blissful state as "divine is Universal/omnipresent" and one should not pay to walk through this journey .
