SAH Disaster was called for three emergencies in 2025 at Amos Ferguson Manor. Two emergencies resulted from discovering death people in which Bio hazards were involved, and the other call was for a fire that occurred in a suite on the second floor of the building. Scott and the SAH team didn’t just respond—they rescued Castle Fun Park. Through relentless flooding, they worked around the clock for weeks, even sacrificing their Christmas, to manage water, actively pumping for days, dry and dehumidify the space, clean, disinfect, demo compromised drywall, and carefully monitor conditions every step of the way.
