Very pleased with the care from Dr Otero. Simple orthotics, which from my experience rarely are correct at the first trying, are being made for the second time after Dr Otero made some adjustments. She was kind and caring and I highly recommend the clinic. The staff, too, were friendly and easy to work with. Deep gratitude for ending my foot pain!
I had an appointment and a test done the first week in November. It took me over a month to get a call back in order to get my results. I left 4 messages before anyone returned my call. Then they told me I had to have a phone call with the Dr in order to get my results. So I scheduled a phone call. No one called me.
If I could give less than one star I would.... I had made an appointment for a consult knowing I could not have surgery that day due to work commitments, so I specifically asked if there would be a co-pay the day of the procedure since I was already making a co-payment for the consult. I was specifically told no. Now I go in for the surgery and I was told there would be a co-pay. Even after explaining the s r ate mentioned was that what my insurance says.
