I got a bill for $1,900, which was reduced to $1,200 just for an over-the-phone consultation. Absolutely insane. I would not recommend this place!
I walked into Saguaro Pain Clinic with severe lower back pain and saw Dr. Darian He recommended injection for my lower back, for Instant relief I honestly can’t say enough good things I walked out pain free. The clinic is very clean , the staff is incredibly friendly, and the overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with pain. Excellent service from Saguaro. I contacted Saguaro due to having 5-7 cluster headaches per day. Very painful and also known as "suicide headaches". Dr. Derian thoroughly questioned and considered my symptoms, and recommended a new course of prescription medicine. My headaches have vanished and I'm using a medicine to help prevent them from coming back. My experience with the staff was just as good, especially with the RN Ashley. I want to say that Dr..Derian is a phenomenal Dr but he doesn't take insurance at all and the front office kept telling me he did so if you can afford to pay out of pocket go to him.
