Hostile and uncaring
Dr. Bowen and his staff are just over the top excellent. Always always kind always on time always very accurate but I think I always go back to the kindness. You just sometimes don’t get to experience that in a busy office. Now let’s discuss Dr Bowen’s expertise, which is just excellent. He takes the time to explain things to me. He cares, and I am so happy he’s my doctor.
Dr. Bowen CARES! We, Gilbert residence, are lucky to have such a highly educated and friendly doctor residing and practicing here. Treated very well by the Surgery Nurses and all staff. Warm blankets and comforting smiles and reassuring words of comfort are not spared here. I highly recommend your Cataract Surgery be done here. I was referred to this office by my regular Eye doctor because signs of having early stage Glaucoma and Cataracts, The staff was friendly and very helpful The office was sparkling clean as were the exam rooms, the equipment was state of the art. Everyone was a consummate professional. I was given a battery of tests to develop a baseline of my eyes condition. The office and staff are GREAT and Dr. Bowen is exceptional at explaining the process for cataract, he even called the evening after the surgery to check up on me, now that is way above and beyond in my book! The surgery center staff is also great and I would highly recommend Dr Trent Bowen for anyone looking for cataract surgery or just a GREAT eye Doctor!
