Dr. Irizarry won’t send the medication he prescribed my husband to the pharmacy. It’s been six days since my husband saw the doctor. He hasn’t gotten an explanation. Going without the medication is affecting my husband’s health. Office staff members have been wonderful, but they can’t force the doctor to act. The doctor’s silence is hurtful, frustrating, and confusing.

When calling for an appointment it's always 15-20 minutes on hold before you can talk to a scheduler. Very frustrating.
