I tried calling Saguaro Medical Group to make an apointment with one of their Dr.s as a new patient. Every time I called I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I tried for three days to get through. They shut their phones down from 11:30 to 1 p.m. every day, so there's an hour and a half you can't even call. On top of that they stop answering the phone at 4:30 pm. The last time I called the girl wanted to put me on hold and I told her I've been trying for three days to get through and she was very rude to me and tole me too ... read more
