Had my 1st appt today with Sarah today. Not impressed and probably won’t be going back. It’s so hard to find someone personable that listens and understands. I have high standards because I worked with a great dermatologist before and I just can’t fill those shoes.I asked her about the same skin care treatment twice for her to blow me off, not answer my questions and push tretinoin on me. Kaitlin gives a wonderful facial. She is great at customizing the facial to address your skin's specific issues/needs, fully explaining what products and procedures she is using and why, plus the massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I will be returning for a follow-up and would highly recommend her.
