Update: I saw Kaitlynn yesterday for a facial. She was absolutely amazing and I felt so relaxed. My skin feels so soft and hydrated. She did a great job of explaining her steps and took the time to discuss my concerns and skin history before getting started. I would highly recommend her for facials. Love Lauren as she helped my granddaughter and me at different times. Lauren Ax cares about the patient’s needs and listens well. She goes above and beyond to answer questions, does not talk down in the process but guides you to understand the process. She’s my Dermatologist now!
Macey and Dr McBride were professional. Dr McBride answered all my questions. I came at 10:15 to make sure my paperwork was complete. My appointment was at 10:45. Did not see Dr McBride until 11:20. He did apologize for the wait.
