Thieves and fraud. VERNONVILLE (Eric Tait)Management and TIDAL management are fraudulent companies. The addresses they say they have aren’t even occupied buildings. They do not pay their subcontractors and try to get by the bare minimal updating to any apartments to keep money in their pockets. Mold rats and roaches in every apt.
